HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All framed orders are fulfilled by Framebridge. We ship Framebridge your artwork, then they take over from there. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks delivery time for framed orders.

For prints, please allow 8-12 days for processing and shipping.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

All prints and products by Ellie du Jour are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All prints and products by Ellie du Jour purchased through 3rd party vendors are non-exchangeable and non-returnable through our site. Please refer to the 3rd party vendor’s terms and conditions for any issues with your order.

WHAT IS FLOAT MOUNTING?

Float Mounting raises your art ⅜” in front of the matboard behind it. The art is then separated from the acrylic glazing using spacers.

IS MY PRINT ARCHIVAL QUALITY?

We use archival quality inks and paper to produce each print. Each print is inspected to make sure you receive the finest quality work

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you report it to the carrier FedEx before reaching out to Ellie[at]elliedujour.com.

CAN I COMMISSION ELLIE FOR CUSTOM WORK?
